I literally just witnessed one of your company vehicles fail to use their signal when turning, and then when merging. They had five minutes to use their turn signal while sitting in the turn lane.
Great experience!! Had used another company before this and they treated the yellowjackets about 2 months prior and then they came back. Called Reliance and they didn't try to push me into any commitments and pricing was reasonable. Nick was so helpful and showed me exactly where they were getting into my house. Highly recommend!
Nick was fantastic. He was able to locate the source of my problem (which ended up being multiple bee nests) and treat all of them quickly. He was in and out in about 45 minutes and I no longer have to worry about being stung every time I cut my grass.
Reliance was a referral that I got for taking care of our wasps. From the first phone call with the lady on the phone to Nick showing up I have been extremely happy. Communication has been great. Both Cody and Nick were prompt, responsive, friendly and professional. They were both very knowledgeable about our situation (carpenter bees) and took care of the problem in a straightforward way without trying to upsell us on anything we didn’t need or require us to sign contract services. I would recommend them to anyone needing help with pest control.
I was very impressed with the thoroughness of my pest treatment. Professionalism from beginning to end. I would highly recommend them. The Exterminator were booties and kept my house clean as well. I liked how I was able to pay him with a credit card and felt it was a great price. I highly recommend them to anyone and will continue to utilize Reliance in the future.

Reliance answered the phone right away and were able to schedule someone same day. While they're able to do bee removal, in our case with the yellow jackets, we used the extermination method and are set up for quarterly maintenance. Cody was very knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. 10/10 experience!
