Justin was extremely detailed with the inspection he performed for me. I was debating whether I really needed an inspection, but I couldn’t be happier that I chose to do one. The service man named Chris was very punctual. He let me know when he was coming and showed up at that time. He did a thorough inspection of all sides of my home and the basement. We had a hornets nest by our front door, I was referred to Reliance from a coworker. This is my first experience with a Pest control company so I wasnt sure what to expect. Mackenzie answered the phone and was very nice and helpful, was not pushy on services, gave me a price so I made an appointment. Prior to my call, my husband called a few other places and was very frustrated by services being pushed when all we wanted was a nest removed, plus others availability was a week out. My Technician Phillip was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He texted the time he would arrive and was here when he said he would be. My experience from my phone call to services completed, I highly recommend Reliance and will not hesitate to use them in the future.
