How do quarterly treatment plans work?
Your plan starts with an initial service where one of our experienced technicians evaluates your property, identifies the problem pests and builds a treatment plan. The initial treatment eliminates pests inside your home and helps keep them from coming back. After that, preventative treatments are automatically scheduled every three months, so you never have to set them up.
Do I need to be home for treatments?
No. You do not need to be home for preventative quarterly treatments, and mosquito treatments can also be done without anyone home.
What if pests come back between visits?
If you have pest problems between scheduled visits, we guarantee to come back and re-service your home or business free of charge.
Will my rate go up?
Every maintenance plan comes with a 1-year price lock guarantee, so you won’t have to worry about increasing rates for at least a year.
Do you offer one-time treatments?
Yes. Most pests require a maintenance plan to ensure they don’t return, but sometimes a one-time treatment is needed for a specific issue, such as fleas, termites or bed bugs. Our one-time treatments are guaranteed to eliminate the issue or we will re-treat free of charge.
Is my yard safe after a mosquito treatment?
Yes. Less than an hour after spraying, your yard will be safe for people and pets. Our mosquito treatments are spaced about 3–4 weeks apart to protect you all summer long.
What is a wood destroying pest inspection?
Also called a termite inspection, a wood destroying pest inspection looks for the four wood-destroying insects in Ohio: termites, carpenter ants, carpenter bees and powderpost beetles. The inspection is documented on a state-mandated form, with pictures of any findings.
